Once the contents of the kettle have reached the preset temperature, the kettle will automatically shut off for your convenience.

Great Video- one thing I would say is once you press the coffee, you can let is sit for one more minute. That allows any additional sediment to settle out giving you a cleaner cup. Great Vid.
