London Parking ticket fine Kilburn High Road Borough of Brent.avi

This video is to make a complain about a parking fine ticket against a vehicle of street workers in London, Kilburn High Road. If you see on the video, there are two vehicles, one at the left, of the street's maintenance, and at right its a butchers van. Just the left vehicle received the fine, although it was the only one that should have been permitted to stop in the rood, because it had to work there,with a caterpillar. I recorded the situation, with the intention to make a formal complain at the APCOA office, the office for parking of Brent council here in London.
