This video was from around the south-west Ipswich area near Brisbane in QLD Australia.
It follows on from a previous video.
At this stage the mesocyclone is nearly fully matured and easily visible while being detached from the core of the storm.
The bureau of meteorology in Brisbane who were issuing warnings on this storm.. labelled this "a particularly dangerous storm" and were warning for large hail, destructive winds and flash flooding.

Absolutely Fantastic. Well Done. I wish I had video of a Meso. I will one day eventually. Where im living atm dont help much though (Western Victoria) But ill get back up north again one day soon I hope. Happy Chasing!

We get the supercells like the ones that form tornadoes but just like when u flush the toilet here, it spins the wrong way for it to cause a vertex.....PHEW!!!
Although there has been reports of tonadoes in Aus, they are VERY rare.
