He is a pain in the neck with those smoke bombs he drops on you. He suddenly gets the ability to be anywhere in the room in the blink of an eye. So evade or run like hell when they fall. There are 2 ways to damage him.
1: Missile launcher that drops once a minute or so.
2: Power Struggle. when he looks like he's powering up, he's about to use his arm. Just run in to it and get ready for the power struggle, which you should win easily.
