@themostrandomchick24 IU i saw it on True Hollywood Story...Mary Cadorette was talking about how "people had a cow" about the show and 2 people living together who weren't married. It was the viewers that were complaining about it. John did want the show to go on, but it was cancelled due to viewer pressure

@Defensewhiz -I hadn't heard that. John Ritter refused to come back unless the show was greenlighted for a full second season, which it wasn't.

@themostrandomchick24 It was because people signed petitions to get it off the air...They didn't like a non married couple living together...ironic eh? considering in the previous show, 2 girls lived with one guy
