He left it too long so it still makes her face look too long. Cut it to the middle of the back of the head and the middle of the face. She would be perfect for a straight super short bob at just below her eye level with a beautiful shaved nape. She has so much potential to be pretty she's just hiding behind long hair even after the stylist cuts it "short" because he doesn't cut it short enough to expose her real beauty.

MUCH BETTER SHORT! she looked frumpy with the long hair, but now she looks very stylish and sophisticated with the Bob!

besides most women that tend to wear long hair these days(unless it is well cut by a professional stylist) are the hillbilly redneck types or have insecurity issues, thus using the long hair as a security blanket.
