@thejww96 he says "meanwhile" at the start. if you search in google "get inside the sickness" and download a torrent for it, there is a track on there called meanwhile, and it is the start of this song without any instrumental, its so sickkk

@thejww96 at the start Corey says "meanwhile". There was a video on YouTube of just the "meanwhile-yaaaaaahhh" by itself with no instrumental stuff, just his vocals. But the video got taken down cos the uploader's account got suspended. If you search "stone sour meanwhile.mp3" you will get torrents for it. :)
