What's ur resil at? and how much would you switch between seals and in what situation would you?

@halofreak252 I'm sitting at around 4.6k resil. Say if i have a resto shaman or druid on my ass, sometimes even rogues, after i get full stack of censure on 'em, i switch to seal of justice for the speed bonus negation. Also i switch to seal of insight, when things get bad with melee cleaves, i actually get devotion aura, put kings on and seal of insight till im ok, after that, counter atack :D
