Remembering the great summer storms

I am a girl who loves BIG thunderstorms...not so much the floods, but anyway... the most hilarious moment of the summer was certainly trying to get to where I was headed, along with Marina, during a big come down with water almost up to our knees while I was carrying a dish of 'canelones'. Marina not only held the umbrella...but she also saved my flip-flop and for that I will always be grateful to her.

And now, every time it rains I remember that funny night that we were on our way to get 'cañas'. Especially when I foresee I'm about to get trapped in UH
