  • I have a herniated disc at L5-S1, and 2 bulging disc at L3 & L4 all on the left side of my body. I have also experience SI joint pain on my left hip, thigh, & buttock area. Could the herniated disc at L5 to possibly cause SI joint instability?

  • @sweethotcandy29 Not likely that an L5 herniated disc will cause SI joint instability. It is possible that "restricted" SIJ mobility could create issues in the lumbar spine. Lots more info on my website, BackPainReliefSecrets

Would you elaborate it? I think you're right but I have'nt seen any article about it.

    Thank you.

  • If you are experiencing back pain after sex you may have a testicle problem. i.e low testosterone during sperm regeneration period. exercising is not the total answer and may make it worse.
