The US Constitution is a circular-reasoning worthless piece of shit. It gives no practical specific algorithms for how to treat others. Only math can do that.

democracy? The US Constitution does not create a democracy. Democracy is majority rules and has nothing to do with rights.

Democracy is a political system which has many different meanings and can take different forms. It is often incorrectly used as a synonym for capitalism. Fundamentally, it means a government of, by and for the people. Protesting is a HUGE part of democracy.

You can claim it has many meanings but in political theory it has one. What the US Constitution created was not democracy but a negative rights protecting constitutional democratic republic. Democracy doesn't dictate an economic system simply the form of dictating rules for governing. Protesting has nothing to do with that.
