@foofaroo1 Naganuma actually did the Rush soundtrack on his own, Rush Adventure he aided Nakagawa, who did the compositions for that game.

Just incase anyone is wondering who the artist is of this song, it's Hideki Naganuma, the genius behind the majority of songs on Jet Set Radio Future and Jet Grind Radio :D
He worked on the Sonic Rush songs, along with Teruhiko Nakagawa.
