Horrible accident, but for those newbies watching - never ever ever get out of your car while on the track unless you are on fire.

@TheArfdog u not see the car slam into the wall when they came around the bend and over the hill?

Watching all these brakefail videos is making me reconsider to put racefluid in my car even though its shit expensive.
-
@roadamericaracer Totally agree - rules should be adhered to, but common sense and human reactions easily alter the playing field... I'd of stopped too.

yep no hurry, he only went head on into the wall lol

MS6 no, but one better. Actually, it was cosmic blue. I did buy a replacement 2008 silver MS3 but sold it after I swore off track days for the sake of my wife and daughter. I moved on to making biodiesel and driving VW TDIs, currently a chipped 2004 Touareg V10 TDI with ~ 350 HP and ~ 570 ft.-lbs. of torque. moves 5800 pounds of metal RIGHT NOW.

First thing they tell you in a HPDE, that first you ONLY pull over and stop if you see a red flag, and secondly you NEVER get out of your car (unless on fire). True the other driver may be hurt, but you getting out could cause another crash, and more injuries.

Absolutely true. Neverhteless, I thank my lucky stars that these drivers were smart enough to ignore the guidelines, as my car was still running and I was suspended helpless in LOTS of pain. They righted my car, shut it off and tended to me. Bless their reckless bones.
