I plugged my arcade stick into both consoles at once to see if the
execution was the same. The 360 is playing on the TV on the left, and
the PS3 is being projected onto the wall on the right.

  • I don't get it.

When I play it. It's the same thing. What are you trying to prove?

  • @TrueGunnerShadow1 I'm trying to show that your inputs have to be slightly different for both consoles, because the game runs slightly slower on PS3 than on 360.

This video shows that the exact same input results in a good combo on the 360, and a dropped combo on the PS3.

  • @mousecar23:

Um, the 360 version does, too.

  • Useless nitpicking all of you

  • @TheHarry070 Try not to type right after having a lobotomy.

  • wat the fuck ,, this vid is so wrong ,,,

slower on the ps3 than the 360 whahwahwahaw button inputs hahahaha

if u used to ps3 ,, than play 360 u say ahh this shit dont work right wtf,

ps3 is better 360 is slow lol

this game is not a benchmark ,,, my bullshit aside,

same game ,different controller , just takes a while getting used to

  • Jesus Christ, some of you are stupid or just flat-out trolling.

The debate of whichever version has a closer speed to the arcade version aside, consider the following: a good combo on the PS3 would also mean a dropped combo on the 360. In this case, naekstasy is adhering to the timing on the 360 version, thus the PS3 combo being dropped.

  • PS3 loses again

  • Probably has something to do with the arcade stick being connected to both consoles. Unless there's a way to prove that it's the console that's lagging and not the stick to PS3 connection, then this test is invalid.

And either way, mousecar23 is right about the speeds. For all of Arc System Works's games, the console version is faster than the arcade version. If the PS3 version is indeed slower, then it is the more correct version. TrueGunnerShadow1 was obviously using the 360 to do his combo.

  • @LeaflV

Actually, the PS3 more accurately reflects the arcade version, which would make the 360 version be the "shitty" one in this instance.

In other news: Carl's English voice is like ear sandpaper.

  • Question: Could it have something to do with the arcade stick sending two inputs to each console? It'd be a bit complicated to find out, but maybe the way the arcade stick sends signals could affect it. I'm not sure it could cause this drastic changes though, maybe someone with knowledge of how the connections of a arcade stick differ between 360 and PS3 could clear this up.

  • @LeaflV ha! look who's talking...
