This is so funny cuz usually, anyone entering the courtroom is supposed to be searched and confiscated for any metallic objects that could be used as weapons like a gun, or um, even a Batarang. And in court, you're supposed to take off your hat if wearing one, but yet none of this applies to Batman, a masked vigilante who embodies breaking the law essentially. Funny!

So the reporter says he got left brain damage - I looked at the script to check. In reality if he had serious left brain damage he would capacity to feel positive emotions - that could possibly make him a badass, but he would also have difficulty with coordination in body movement and would lose language skills. In other words he would act like a very disabled person. But this is Hollywood for you!
