Managing Director of the Student Travel Division of TUI Travel that includes JCA Adventure, Adventure Quest, World Challenge and SkiBound. Dougie has worked in just about every role possible within the outdoor education and adventure travel industries. He started his career working as a Kitchen Porter and worked his way up through various management roles within Outdoor Activity Centres before taking over the MD role at JCA Adventure. Dougie now heads a division that includes 22 companies operating in various sectors within educational travel.
