this is the best interpretation I have heard to date apart from Clara Haskil's one. He is a finest musician and I hope he is doing well.

Its apparently the only reading of "Bunte Blätter" on youtube i like. There is a certain depth in this music, very well reflected in this interpretation, which maybe also is the thing which is kind of scary in the music of Schumann, but probably contributes to the fascination of his music. Anyway, this is a top notch recording at least for me !
