@SuperStrik9 Yeah but he was blinded under the bright lights when it mattered most, in the Playoffs. He was def a good scorer, but didn't have the entire package a franchise player needs. To each their own lol

@Nebel64 Also what I mean by similar to some extent is that they both won rings at the end of their career. That's where the comparison ends. Rice was still a solid 3rd option with the Lakers in '00, Elliott was a role player w/ the Spurs when he got his ring. Also to say Sean was the man ANYWHERE he played is laughable imo. Dude avg 12 pts 3 rebs on that 94 Pistons team.

@Nebel64 They are similar career wise to some extent All I know is prime Rice vs prime Elliot, I'm taking prime Rice every time. I disagree that Rice struggled as the man especially w/ the Hornets. That 97 Season RIce was on FIRE. To each their own.

@SuperStrik9 Elliot was a better all around player, but obviously not the same pure shooter as Glenn. Other than a few personal accolades, they were remarkable similar in their careers. Both struggled as 'the man' (Rice in Mia and Char, Elliot in Det) or as a costar, but became very effective role players.

@chaddavidroberts Rice got a ring with the Lakers in 2000. How many all star mvp's did Elliot get? I know Rice got one. How many nba 3 point comps did Elliot win? Rice has one. How many 56 point games did Elliot have? Rice has one. How many teams did Elliot avg the most ppg in team history with? Rice did it with the Hornets avg 23.5 ppg? Go learn more about ball son.

@SuperStrik9 Sorry, but Glen Rice couldn't wear Sean Elliott's jock strap. Sure, Glen was great in college at Michigan...but he wasn't the same in the league. He was good, just not all that. And how many rings did he get?? I know Sean got one.

I remember watching Sean play in college and all I could think of was This guy never misses... I hoped the spurs drafted him and they did....Great Move San Antonio!!
