Lindenwald, the mid-19th-century home of eighth U.S. President Martin Van
Buren, is a National Park Service historic site located in Kinderhook, NY.
The National Park Service has recently restored the original call bell
system as part of an ongoing effort to understand and interpret the lives
and work of Lindenwald's house servants.
