IMO they are better than the 'industry standard'.
-torque is better than on technics 1210 MK2's...
-you can adjust pitch with more precision thanks to the LED display that gives you the accurate percentage of pitch
- you can easily (and individually) chose the start and brake time when pressing the start/stop button
- There are 2 start/stop buttons on each turntable, which is nice when you want to beatjuggle fast...
- Output is line and no groundwire needed.
These decks rule !

What software on the comp/lapy are you running?
I've got VDJ 5.0 and have SSL vinyl 2nd edition. Haven't hooked em up yet Im waiting for my mixer.
