"Lambeth Walk" from Me and My Girl. The show first opened in London in all the way back in 1937!
This is the 1986 revival. The show is about a poor cockney who discovers he's the heir to a snobby noble family and must be turned into a gentleman. The girl in the red boa is his girlfriend, who his family disapproves of.
