This is a prime example of a little known but often seen sub species of the great american bigfoot. Its latin name is "Jackassicus Inna-Fursuit-iuos" You can Identify this species by its careful not to step on anything sharp that might give it an "Owwie". And its thin and short man in a furry costume appearence. They are extremely difficult to get on video as it appears to disrupt a persons ability to hold the camera still and use the zoom feature on the video camera. Also making them mute.
