Interesting observation of classic TROS but with real (not LED) light-bulbs. Bemf here hitting the ferrite cores with coils, causing them to light bulbs almost to full brightness (compare the same but dim test-light straight from bttry).

as soon as you find a proper transistor [by seeing oscillation] you can load a power coil in different configurations [here just a regular coils on toroids in series];
