  • live hört er sich scheiße an aber nicht live ist er geil :)

  • 1 year celebrating :)

  • @staten0267 No problem at all. I definitely recoomend you to try that out if you get the chance, they're really great (and easy to use, I'm no good as a drummer but can do on that one :p)

  • @ixolus Thanks man, im glad i know now. I love music and maybe ill use one some day :D

  • @staten0267 Also, no, not an idiot at all :P I study in a danish highschool with music and english as my major subjects, and only like 5 of my 29 classmates recognized the cajon the first time we were presented with it.. And we're the music major class, so that speaks a bit about how common they are even amongst musicians :P

  • @staten0267 It's called a Cajon (pronounced "Cu-ron") and yeah, it has the accoustics in different areas of the "box" so the drummer can have his portable "makeshift drumkit". If you strike the middle, it'll produce a basedrum frequency sound, while slapping the top edge will produce a snaredrum/hi-hat sound(depending on the slap)

The drummer uses the right hand for basedrum(striking the middle) and the left hand for snare/hi-hat (slapping the edge). It's a wonderful contraption really :p

  • Might sound like a bit of an idiot, but is that box the drummer is using like a special box? i see alot of videos with people using stuff like it. :p

  • This is just soooo goood :D

  • love it!!
