My kitten that I have had for about 3 months swallowed a thumb tack on april fools day. The vet thought we were joking until she saw the X-Ray.The X-ray was funny because you could see cat bones and then a thumb tack in the neck. Thankfully, it didn't do any damage, but I have never been more scared for the safety of a pet. My other cat died almost a year ago and I still get sad about it. Rip Sheldon and Bella

I feel you wicked. I have a dog who has been diagnosed with a cancer that can't be treated. She is only five and would still have a good ten years in her, but no, she's been given two months at the most. It kills me to know that its just a matter of time. People just don't understand the emotional bond and attachment you get with pets.... She's not just a dog, shes my best friend. I guess the saying 'you don't know what you've got till its gone' is really true.

I watched the whole video and must say, I feel for you, I had two cats, by the names of Calypso and Frosty, they both meant a lot to me, Calypso died of some incurable disease when I was 6, and Frosty died last year or the year before, I have some issue where I have trouble remembering a lot of stuff, but he died by choking on a hairball, and it makes me so mad to see some people joking around about death, sometimes it isn't losing a pet, it's losing a friend.

My tortoiseshell cat, Marble has been with me my whole life. I am 13 years old and so is she.

We found out she had cancer at the vet a while ago.

I have not been able to compose myself ever since since I haven't had a day without her. The vet can't give her surgery because it would only cause her pain and wouldn't do much. He said she wouldn't make it through the year. Please pray for her...She deserves to live longer.
