That sounds about right. It's not quite as tall as a standard table.

I gave it to my 1.5yr old, who stands on it and drops it in most unmusical ways. No cracks yet. I did need to replace the G string after 1 week of playing it. Make sure you buy electric guitar strings. I think regular steel strings would make the neck all warpy.
