This is probably one of the most RACIST bullshit lies I have ever seen. Who the hell would believe a word that the Centers for Disease Control says? Black leaders are $elling out Black people by the thousands. Blacks and Africans are well known to have conditions that can light up an "HIV" (antibody test) these factors are seen in the medical literature.
