in my opinion sceptile was a beast in 3rth generation games but with innovations of phisycal atks and special atks totally zucked it ....

Example:

Pokemon Saphire:

-Tpunch

-Dragon claw

-leaf blade

-crunch

in 3rth generation this moveset work perfectly for a modest sceptile .... but in 4th generation really sucks xD
