    This video has so many dislikes because 1. She isn't Asian. 2. The roll isn't perfect. and 3 & 4 She isn't Asian. But here is the thing, most of us watching this video have NO IDEA WHAT WE ARE DOING. So it's fine for people who have NO IDEA WHAT WE ARE DOING.

    I had no idea how to roll sushi. I used this video to teach me and I am now making gorgeous sushi rolls. I think the video did its job. So I want to say "thank you" for making this video! : ) I think it would be nice if we all could just lighten up a bit and not take things so seriously. It is just a sushi roll.

    If your gonna do it, do it fucking right. Why try to show people how to do something if you can't do it? And BTW, the BEST way to become a great chef is to work in a restaurant. Home helps but, nothing beats working in a pro kitchen.

    NO ONE CARES THAT IT ISN'T PERFECT. You don't start off being a great chef by working in a restaurant, or going to expensive cooking school. It starts in the home, you EXPERIMENT at home, you TRY THINGS at home, this video is made for people TRYING TO MAKE SUSHI FOR THE FIRST TIME, of course they will mess up sometimes, of course things won't be perfect, but its called LEARNING. Welcome to humanity.

    It's sub standard. Have you no standards? It's not a race thing so shove that up your ass. It's about technique. When dealing with food that is ALL technique, it's the little things that matter. She's got way too much Nori going on there. It needs halved. Nori can't "cook" in all that mess.That rice looks like crap and any sushi head will say so. It looks dry and under cooked. Both very bad JUJU for sushi.

    What if my rice is too "wet". I used a simmered rice vineger, sugar/salt and oil mixture. Its at room temperature right now and it falls apart a little, its not firming up, should I leave it at room temp or try cooling it in the fridge or what?
