4 tails is a power up, but without conscience. Naruto knew that, so I improved so much, that I don't think he'll need Kyuubi's form to eliminate Sasuke :3 (read the manga, seriously)

i like the friendship between naruto and sasuke they both wanna kil eachother in about 60 episode's i hate sasuke but sasuke will defenitly win lol
