Here is the Lemons attempt to cover a song by Gordon Lightfoot. Gord is quite the Artist, a true legend.
Hope you enjoy this song Esme... these are quite the ponies in Gord's song, and they go on a fun adventure. This song is probably new to you, so listen a few times to get to know it :-) Hope you grow to enjoy this song as much as the Lemons do.

Yea, it is a neet little ornament :))

I wish I could get more, but only saw these solar powered decorations for sale about 3 years ago, and haven't seen them since. You can see a different type, a dancer on "Statue in the rain"

This is my favorite Gordon song. Somehow, it brings back the memory of what it was like to be a child. It brought tears, like it always does. We should never forget how it feels to dream. Thanx for the memories, and the lyrics.

I had to write the lyrics out in order to sing the song, so I thought I might as well share them, as they were not printed in the CD liner :(

I hope I got them right, as I did them by ear.

I used to sing this song to the boys I was looking after at a children's camp a few years ago. It's the perfect bedtime song and the boys loved the story. It's one my favourite songs by Lightfoot. Thanks for this.
