Just got braces 3 days ago and if u get braces with color I would recomend grey or white or black because remember for the first 2 months they don't change them!!!

I love my braces but they r a bit painful

The best thing to use I would say would be eat like soup or cream of wheat or oatmeal, something hot!!! And advil and orijel works really well but don't use to much of it

Also a heating pad on your face helps a lot
