Hello, I know this is an old video but I have to respond to you saying you don't recommend certain weightloss regimens but you recommend that we watch "Alifelessboring" channel on one of your other videos...I saw him on Truelife and have to say the way he lost his weight was VERY extreme and also life threatening.
