I'm a 46 year old veteran and this brought tears to my eyes. I remember coming home from deployments and seeing my wife, daughter, and son. This is what Christmas is all about.

i know exactly what you're talking about. i just returned from a 16 mos tour in iraq (my second one) a year ago yesterday. so, seeing this report last night, it got me all teary eyed as well.
