i also thought the action was a little high, but it can be arranged. and maybe the neck was a little chunky, but for me it isn't such a big deal since i have big hands.

Can anyone tell me the main differences between the ebg808 artist and the TE model (besides the different woods)? what's the difference in terms of sound, action, feel, etc. because i'm thinking on buying one of those two. so far, i've just played the TE. i liked it. i understand that unplugged it isn't a big sound, but then, for a small guitar, it's pretty good, and it's a beautiful sound.
