i plug the RJ-45 cable into the amp and the board but nothing happens, no sound comes out of my amp and no light comes on on the pedal. what do i have to do to get it working?

@ES1sub Have you updated the firmware on your FBV with the Line 6 Monkey software? Also, did you calibrate the pedal after the update? Have you tried a new CAT 5 cable in case eeh one you are using is damaged?

@Line6Support I updated the firmware, recalibrated it and tried a new cable, nothing works. the light only comes on when it is connected to my computer through use of the usb cable.

@ES1sub so you are saying the pedal does not function when you connect it to your amp or POD via CAT 5 cable? Have you ruled out your amp or POD as the possible culprit to be sure? If you have, then you should contact your local service center and arrange a repair as this does sound like it could be hardware related.

Hey, i've got my fbv express last week but i have no idea on how to use it, when i plugged it to the amp nothing was happening so, i tried calibrating it but i can only do the steps( for calibration ) with the usb cabel and not the one that goes from the amp to the controler. And after i finish calibrating and i plug it to the amp nothing happens, only some lights shine for a sec on the amp and the channel switches from A to B, but then i cant do nothing, please help.

can we see this one or much better the FBV MKll shortboard (my 1st choice) in action w/ your Pod Studio (UX1) & Pod Farm2 (w/ a Intel core, windows Laptop).

for:

- Home Recording (plus setup of course)

- Live (on stage w/ setup)

I'm so closed in buying this product , i just want to make Sure that this is suitable for what i need (cuz' i already cut my arms and sell it so that i could buy your product) I dont want to regret it.

please upload a video for UX1, FBV MKll Shortboard & Pod Farm2.

it is required that you re-Configure the FBV MKll (on the Pod Farm 2) every time you using it. or it will generate or save a file that will remember my last settings??

Will this work for the line 6 spider4 30watt? Will the looper work?

i just tried doing this video to see if it may reset all the settings and to see if THAT would work but i have it unplugged, hold D, plug it in, and it does nothing, goes right to whatever channel it was on when i turned it off.

ive had mine for a good 7 months, Had no problem with it, sounded amazing, now i JUST plugged it in, and the clean for any channel is no where to be found lol even with my foot pedal all the way down, no sound, if i crank my amp then i can BARLEY hear it,then for any distortion channels its pretty much crunch, so i dont know what the hell is going on if anyone has any idea reply plz
