off sets the no bra (at my age!) I put this up also to point out how important it is to tune into nature and our bodies are part of nature. I have had major back surgery, two metal rods put in my spine and ten vertebrae fused when I was 14 then removed when I was 21 after a long meditation course (against the advice of my Orthopedic surgeon). Probably a good Alexander technique teacher could figure it out by observing this vid carefully
