Coming from a Canon user, I'm sick of hearing all of this shit coming from both Canon and Nikon users, pestering each other about how Canon is better than Nikon and vice versa. They're both the worlds top two photographic brands, they both have amazing cameras, they both have pro's and con's. Just get over yourselves fucking bickering about senseless shit. Both the Nikon and Canon are good brands to work with, and from what I've seen both the d4 and 1dx will be a pleasure to work with

Both brands are excellent. With respect to Nikonians I use Canon because I can't get around Nikon's clunky design, hardware and software.

When Canon had the 10D and Nikon had the D100 I went to the pro store and picked the one that suited me, and it was the Canon.

@zainkam1 I knew a girl who had a Sony SLR and a whole set of lenses for it. They were perfectly fine but she stated she wanted to get rid of them for a Canon, not because she wanted to upgrade to a higher level body but because she wanted a Canon. Thats the type of world we live in today. Canon has brainwashed the world. Oh to add to your list of achievements from Nikon just about every Pulitzer Prize photo was taken with a Nikon.

@zainkam1 Dont get too worked up over this. We all know that Canon has huge popularity due to sort of a fad phenomenon. Its just like with Honda cars. Not saying they're of poor quality, they're just as good as other cars, but people for some reason think they're just a step down from God. Also Nikon just yesterday announced the D4! so Nikon has this 1D-X taken care of.

@zainkam1 the majority of high end dslr's don't have built in flash, that goes for most manufactures, the d3, 1d, a850/a900, and others along those lines don't have a built in flash in order to increase ruggedness. If pros want flash they'll buy a separate flash unit which offers more power and increased functionality. So to be fair, its not shit, and they haven't really compromised anything considering they've moulded the 1d and 1ds series into one camera!
