@danti17 The USB port will simply play whatever is hooked up to it. The stereo has no starage on it at all. I have an 8 gig USB flash drive that I can keep loads of tunes on or hook up an ipod. I love this radio, had it for 3-4 years now.

Don't buy this deck ppl, it's functionality is pretty good but after a while the silver paint on the plastic starts to fade really bad.
