Yeah I agree, the instruction on these videos really show Anthony's progressive growth as both a dancer and instructor. Thanks a lot for sharing Anthony and Julie. You guys are the bomb.

The comments are part of the charm. Don't change a thing, Anthony. There'll always be some people who can't be pleased.

@hirom007x I think the song is La Lucha by Mamborama

@RANitAx15 That's a really silly and ignorant statement. Wow..

this isnt the kind of video one would dislike , 10 people went out of their own way to find this video just to dislike it LOL

If the woman would stop making those ballroom style gestures with her arm, this might work. No one in the clubs or at a family party will be doing that. All I'm saying is that the style doesn't match up with the "street salsa" you're trying to teach.

All of your videos are excellent. With your help, my salsa partner and I are practicing on our own in our free time and are very excited about the new moves!

@apersaud yeah i'm puerto rican / irish / american... one day we'll all be tan! and people will figure out everyone has their own styles and the more you dance the better you get!

I just want to know what happened to 4. It's always 1 2 3 5 6 7. I think 4 is feeling left out.

The counts 4 and 8 are pauses in the dance rhythm in salsa (no steps are taken during that time). This is standard when teaching salsa dancing.

I don't personally like to be distracted while trying to learn something new, and I just bet there are many others that would feel the same way.

Also, if you think you may have missed something important in the video due to the notes, you can use the YouTube slider to rewind to the missed starting point. You can also pause the video when you want to take time reading the notes.
Lastly - Addicted2Salsa videos should not replace real classes. Use them as reference videos for moves. :-)
