My Horrific Medical Malpractice Story

An Alberta woman neglected and abused by Canadian doctors. She is living with blood cancer and organ failure and is being denied medical help in Canada through Alberta Healthcare. Her life is at risk. This corruption has proceeded to the Canadian judicial system.

The Canadian Judicial System is not upholding the Charter of rights and freedoms.

Limitation of liability has been used to attack children using hostage takings and terror through Alberta Response Model offenders abusing and hostage taking children. Terroristic assaults are done by Kathi Campbell and Rus Pickford to prevent criminal offenders of the Mental health At Risk Response assaults and false reports BREECH OF TRUST and assault against complainants . terrorizing assaulting attacking women and children.

I would just like to let you know I am also a malpractice victim. Disabled by a doctors mistake I have spent seven years being denied disability benefits because I can't be diagnosed as a doctors mistake. I've learned to make peace with myself about how screwed up the world is. You have left me so grateful that I am still alive. In pain and unable to do most things normal people do, but still alive. Absolutely true, all of it. This is Hellberta, there is no Justice System. The Minister of Justice past [Alison Redford] and present [What's his name.], are nothing more than stooges to rubbers stamp all proceedings bulldozing your rights in matters concerning Energy and Mining interests in this province. The rest of the system is just a dog and pony show. Alberta does not recognize the Charter or the rights enshrined in that document. Human rights abuses are Alberta's SPECIALTY!

i belive ya girl there is corruption in our leagal system that favors the rich. One should just plead guilty if ya use legal aid because they are working for the crown prossicuters office. i had to deffend myself against two forged documents thaat were eledgadly my statments given( they were changed around and my signature was forged twice. i have since one the case (assult charge)that was set up from the beginning. During the trial I found out that this guy had gotten into a fight that same day

What a shame. This is what happens when governments take over health services. Expect this sort of nonsense in the US also if the system becomes entrenched.

No disrespect to this woman, but, she continues to repeat that it is her right to receive free services. That may be the case in Canada, but, health services are just that, commercial services that should be purchased. Get the government out of health care entirely and cost will go down and quality up. Like eye surgery in the US.
