@CrazyDaddy420 — Unquestionably! We're essentially listening to an all maple guitar, which will cause it to trend bright and thin. Having played this guitar extensively in context with other musicians, the lack of low mids allows it to sit better in the mix. There is now frequency space for the bass player, and vocalist: less mud + less competition = happier band (and audience). A sound like this would match bands like Radiohead, Rush, Police, Clash, Chili Peppers, U2, etc. Or Ska/Punk.

Love the look of it. The tone is as thin as the body though. I think with some meat around that neck, it would have a much better sound. Unless twangy is what you were going for, then you nailed it. I mean no disrespect. promise. Just giving up my humble opinion. I'd love to hear that neck in a nice chunk of Mahogany. :)
