The Irish Association of Pensions Funds has stated that the pension charges are a precursor for the government putting a levy on deposits. The question is do you think the government has the effrontery to take money from the citizens’ deposits in their banks? If you think it is possible that the government will place a levy on your bank deposits, as I do, I would urge you to take your money from your banks before the government takes a portion from you.
