Too bad the episode was set up by the shitty gov. of Romania. We have a rich culture and very good food.

Zamir has one strong liver, he drank a lot of TUICA and that drink is fucking strong.

@jkno sounds like you haven't seen many No Reservation episodes....he didn't really have as much control over this trip as he normaly does. You are right though, he is pretty arrogant, he speaks his mind.

That's why I like Andrew Zimmern more: he is not arrogant, he understands and respects other cultures and traditions, and he doesn't use Samir, a Russian, as a guide in Romania. And BTW where is Sighisoara, why not visit that?

@nowaela he did not have anything against the country itself, but he did not like how the gov and their fixer faked everything to make the country look good. he wanted to show the "real" romania, not some fake show they put on for him. talked about it on the "joe rogan experience" podcast.
