Poor Snowy had a horrible sound, and it was too low as well as too thin.
I think the sound man turned his guitar back up after the solo ended.
I wish Phil had taken his own words seriously, and heeded them.

I allways thought this was a bitter sweet track, as it was alot of self irony. I met Phol a few times as he knocked up this lady friend I had. Last time I saw him he was in a mess and back in my head i remembered the lyrics of this song. Phil I guess never understood his greatness, combining heavy rock/metla with his story telling lyrics. Man if you had realized that you had to give it up, like in this song. You would have done amazing stuff. But then

I saw Lizzy 4 times and Phil was my childhood hero. I lived and breathed Thin Lizzy when I was younger and it was a sad day for rock when we lost him. Sleep in peace Phil. We miss you now and always will.
