No they didn't. They just put it in the Millionaire building.

Yeah. Toy Story Mania doesn't fit too well in Disney's Hollywood Studios (Formally Disney-MGM Studios).
The ride is also being built at California Adventure. And it was originally designed for California. They then decided to built the ride at WDW. It was easy, since they just used the old "Millionaire" building.
At California Adventure, they constructed a whole new building for the ride.
