@donsdigitaldig Individuality and collectivity are two necessary categories to society. We cannot have a selfish society, and we cannot have a destructive massed society. We need balance between the individuality and the collectivity. The basic unit of society, is not the individual nor the collective, it's the family, and the family it's both and none. =)

Your information is very good. It is all simple. The individual cannot resolve himself without others. The individual can only extend himself into a limited amount of others as conscious choice. The fundamental collective is the self contained community where individuality and choice is not compromised. Now we have no good example to observe. We have the perverse collective and the unresolved individual. Western society will die... Unfortunately you use collectivism as a negative. Glad I found

@Pymander81 That's exactly how I feel when I watch this vid, like I'm being reminded of something very important that I've forgotten.

And then throw synchronicity into the mix *sigh* I wish I could figure all this out..

You speak of archetypes. I guess this is like a trickster, a strong fatherly figure, or a fertile mother figure. I see these that are conditioned from experience, and through evolution. But the clip you showed of Peter Joseph in video #1 was talking about crime, and rejecting the notion that human beings are innately self-serving.

(continued) So not all mythologies are completely from the psyche. And some of the entertainment that society gives us is also from past mythologies, so how that is bad and other mythologies not is in question. This is a interesting and informative film which show a lot of sense that most don't have.

We naturally, emotionally know right and wrong. That alex jones and zeitgeist evil and good discussion is bullshit, it is mostly our environment and opinions that determines what we view as evil and good. But we all label something is is mostly destructive as evil and something mostly helpful as good. Although destruction can work in favor with good, so it wouldn't one sided. Most of all cultures mixed their mythologies together, shared and merged, and even changed from the original meaning.....
