@D0NTFEEDTHEDINO It depends on what you like and how you think sounds are used well, there is no right or wrong in music. and also dubstep has a beat, usually a strong one, it's just at a slower tempo at 140 normally and the drums are halved compared to drum and bass which doubles up the drums and the tempo is bumped up to 180 usually. I can see what you mean though. Dnb like this is very melodic and enjoyable.
