small stone wins.
the block logo 90 sounds a lot brighter and "cheesier" in person than the youtube videos might lead one to believe. i remember this video sold me on it, and i liked it for the faster settings, but the slower settings (which i use more often) sounded bad. hence why i'm getting the small stone.

The Small Stone is very affordable and nails the Script 90 sound almost perfectly if properly adjusted. It's no use demoing four pedals with all the rate controls set at 12h cause they are not identical in design. The Small Stone which is my favorite can only be used with clean sounds and with the Colour switch in the down position. In general phasers can't be used for heavy crunch or even lead sounds, light crunch is ok, but clean is where they really shine, think "Love Hurts". btw, cool boots!

This would have been a good demo if the guitar tone had been cleaner and warmer. Distorted phase sounds awful and you can't get a feel for the warmth, the tone and richness of the phaser. It also doesn't help with how these phasers would sound with a keyboard, whereas a clean tone would.
