Honey Maid Graham Cracker Quality problems

We heard from the Nabisco Reps. We're not the first to note the changes, but they say they are working on them, and that the crackers are produced at different factories which account for the differences in machinery. Watch the video and see if you have the same problems. At least the customer service people stepped up and were quite nice about it all.

I just noticed that they have radically changed them -- I have an old box here and it says "6 grams of whole wheat", new boxes say "8 grahams of whole wheat". Well, that's terrific, except they taste like they're made out of cardboard.  Awful! I threw the new box out, I still have a couple older boxes, and when they are gone I will be checking out some other brands. Why screw around with something so good? This is like the "New Coke" thing all over again.

I haven't had one in several years, and when I tasted one today (12/22/11) I immediately noticed that they are not the grahams I used to love. It's so disappointing from a company that I have been loyal to for decades. I won't be buying these again.

Why do they taste so stale, and smell like cardboard? What happened... So sad.

Finally someone who agrees with me and my family! I wrote nabisco an email telling them they are terrible now. They don't hold their shape / texture when submerged in milk for longer than 2 seconds. Taste terrible now too. They sent me a check for a refund and said they haven't made any changes recently. A bunch of liars, ruining what was once a great product.
